It is up to you to decide how many of the above you want to track. You may only want to track your Happiness levels on a daily basis for example or maybe your Happiness and Stress levels.
How often has your response to the events in your life been conditioned by how you felt? Was this primarily dictated by one or more of the above life conditioners. Invaluable insights will be gained through recording, for example, how happy you felt over the past day, how stressed you felt... and then seeing the impact on your life story over a 31 days, six months or a two year period and vice versa.
For instance, you may enjoy a healthy diet and be physically healthy but lack energy and find that this lack of energy seriously impacts on your work and ability to maintain good relationships with others. So what could be wrong? What if after tracking your Stress and Happiness levels over a six month period you saw that your Stress levels were on average double that of your Happiness levels.
Stress voraciously consumes Energy, - Happiness generates it. Have you ever met a happy person who lacked energy? What about unhappy people, how much energy do they normally have?
How often have you witnessed well intentioned people investing their time and energy implementing a well thought out plan to improve the quality of their life/wellbeing but find that putting the plan into action is being continually sabotaged by how they feel on any given day.
By using this program on a regular basis you will gain great insights into your different states of mind and why you feel the way you do. This information will prove immensely useful when designing strategies to improve the quality of your life, health and wellbeing.
